The Lookout Tower Promise
If a Guest’s reserved Lookout Tower is not ready in time for the scheduled stay, Lookout Towers promises to make it right.
The Lookout Tower Promise applies regardless of how close the Guest is to the scheduled arrival date and overrides the standard Guest cancellation and refund policy.
The Guest may select one of the following options:
Option 1: Move the Reservation
The Guest may move the reservation to a future date when the Company is confident the reserved Lookout Tower, or an agreed substitute Lookout Tower, will be ready.
As a thank-you for the Guest’s flexibility, the rescheduled stay will include:
- A complimentary stocked refrigerator
- A complimentary in-tower massage
- No change fees
- No additional lodging charge resulting solely from seasonal pricing or future rate increases
The rescheduled reservation remains subject to availability and mutually agreed travel dates.
Option 2: Convert the Reservation to a Future Credit
The Guest may retain the full value of the original reservation as a Lookout Tower Credit.
The credit may be redeemed:
- At any participating Lookout Towers location
- On available future dates selected by the Guest
- Without an additional lodging charge resulting solely from seasonal pricing or future rate increases for a stay equivalent to the original reservation
Optional upgrades, additional nights, taxes, fees, services, or enhancements not included in the original reservation may result in additional charges.
Option 3: Keep the Original Travel Dates
If the Guest cannot or does not wish to change the original travel dates, the Company will arrange accommodations at a carefully selected luxury partner property in or near the original destination for the original reservation dates.
For Breckenridge reservations, the Company will arrange accommodations at a selected luxury partner property in the Breckenridge area.
Partner accommodations may differ in architecture, amenities, configuration, services, and experience from a Lookout Tower. The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide accommodations of comparable quality and value, subject to availability.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, this option replaces the unavailable Lookout Tower stay for those travel dates. It does not automatically include an additional future Lookout Tower stay.
Option 4: Receive a Full Refund
If the other options do not meet the Guest’s needs, the Guest may receive a full refund of the amount paid for the affected reservation.
The refund option is available regardless of the standard cancellation window because the reserved Lookout Tower is unavailable.
Selecting a Promise Option
The Company will contact affected Guests using the contact information provided with the reservation. Guests must select one of the available options within the timeframe communicated by the Company.
The Company will provide reasonable assistance in reviewing and completing the selected option.
The Lookout Tower Promise applies when the Company determines that the reserved tower will not be ready or available for the scheduled stay. It does not apply when the tower is available but the Guest independently chooses to cancel or change the reservation.
