How do I book a stay?+
Browse our available towers on this page, select your preferred location and dates, and complete your reservation online. Our concierge team will reach out within 24 hours to confirm your booking and assist with any special requests.
What is included in a stay?+
Every stay includes full access to the tower and its amenities — sauna, hot tub, kitchen, Starlink internet, and observation deck. We also provide premium linens, locally sourced welcome provisions, and a digital guidebook for the area.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7–14 days receive a 50% refund. Within 7 days, stays are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
Are towers suitable for families?+
Yes — our towers are designed to accommodate families comfortably. Each tower sleeps 2–6 guests depending on the configuration. We can also arrange family-friendly activities and childproofing on request.
Can I gift a stay?+
Absolutely. We offer beautifully packaged gift certificates for any tower and duration. Gift stays can be purchased directly through our concierge team and are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.
