About the VIP Program

The VIP program exists because every Lookout Tower is built one at a time, in places where land is finite. We'd rather give the first chance to the people who already understand what we're building.
Members get the calendar a year ahead. Founding members get rates locked for life. And both get a real, human point of contact at our studio — not a form.

What does a VIP membership include?+
Priority booking on every Lookout Tower stay, founding-member rates on new ownership releases, private behind-the-scenes content with our design team, and voting rights on future locations.
Is there a fee to join?+
The Founding Member tier is invitation-based at $4,800/year and capped at 250 members per cohort. The Waitlist is free and grants early access to all new releases.
Can I transfer my membership?+
Founding Memberships are transferable once per year to immediate family or co-owners. Waitlist memberships are personal and non-transferable.
When will new locations open?+
Beech Mountain opens in 2026, Breckenridge is targeting late 2026, and two additional locations will be announced from member voting in Q1 2026.
How do I cancel or pause?+
You can pause your membership for up to 12 months or cancel anytime from your member portal. Pro-rated refunds are issued within 14 days.
