Engineering & Construction
Engineering, permits, and planning are completed before construction begins, followed by tower fabrication, infrastructure, interiors, and operational setup, while VIP members receive regular updates throughout the process.

Opening timelines vary by location. Big Sur is currently under construction with a projected 2027 opening. Olympic Peninsula is in the permitting phase with a projected 2028 opening. VIP members receive regular progress updates.
