What's the check-in process for the tower?+
You'll receive a secure digital key and arrival instructions 48 hours before your stay. Self-check-in is seamlessly available anytime after 4 PM via our smart door systems, and our remote on-site concierge team is on call throughout your entire visit.
Are pets allowed at this location?+
Yes! This tower is proudly pet-friendly with prior approval. A small pet fee applies at booking, and we kindly ask that your furry companions are not left unattended on the high-elevation observation decks or walkout balconies.
What's included in the nightly rate?+
Your booking includes premium linens, plush towels, kitchen essentials, luxury toiletries, high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, and a welcome provisioning basket of local goods. Firewood for the outdoor fire pit and complete hot tub/sauna access are also fully included.
What's the cancellation policy?+
Full refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival. 50% refund between 14 and 7 days. Within 7 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable but remains transferable to a future open date one time.
